Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you sign up to test PixelWar. Last updated October 14, 2026.
Who we are
PixelWar is made by WHALELAND, a team based in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Contact us at kjhoo@whalelandkr.com.
What we collect
- Your email address and the Homeland you choose.
- Your Discord username and where you heard about PixelWar, if you give them.
- Details that come with the visit: the campaign tags in the link you used, the website that sent you, the language of the page, the country your connection comes from, and the time you signed up.
Why we collect it
- To send your beta invite and news about the launch of PixelWar.
- To plan country teams and see how many testers each Homeland has.
- To learn which channels bring testers, so we know where to post.
We collect it because you agree to it when you tick the box on the sign-up form.
Where it is kept
Sign-ups are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this site. When we send invites by email, the email service we use will process your address for that purpose. We don't sell your details or share them with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while the beta program runs and delete them when you ask us to. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send.
Your choices
Email us to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. We'll reply within 30 days.
